Global Financial – Week 17 – 18

It’s been a great period for indexes, as semiconductors push the S&P 500 to another all-time high and major companies like TSM see 40% growth in Q2. Most major indexes around the world follow the upward trend seen in the United States as the economic outlook clears.

Boeing pleads guilty to its change relating to the 737 Max crashes, which will see them pay $243.6 million in fines.

Tesla continues to see great share price growth as the optimism of new growth prospects continues. However, a report by Bloomberg stating the company will push back its robo-taxi from August to October saw its share price fall by more than 8%.

The S&P 500 reaches its 37th highest record close of the year as semiconductors continue to push even higher.
